Central Park Conservancy is seeking a Manager of Learning Programs to support the Senior Director of Organization & Culture Development. You will coordinate training and staff development initiatives across the People & Culture team, ensuring effective delivery and documentation of offerings.

The role emphasizes collaboration, program expansion, and reliable administration in a high-profile nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5–10 years of training, facilitation and events coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Instructional design experience and proficiency with learning tech and LMS.
• Strong data development and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage training programs for Park Operations Academy.
• Produce training materials and facilitate various trainings.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine and expand program offerings.
• Research new training programs and report findings.
• Handle scheduling, attendance tracking, and logistics with instructors.
• Administer the defensive driving program, track certificates, and log in Workday.
• Deliver the Defensive Driving training; obtain instructor certification if needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
