Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of training, facilitation, and events coordination experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Instructional design experience and proficiency with learning technology and LMS.
• Strong data development and analytical abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage learning offerings for the Park Operations Academy.
• Produce training materials and facilitate trainings.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand program offerings.
• Research new training programs and report findings; communicate program information with managers and learners.
• Schedule and track attendance; liaise with external training providers; manage course logistics.
• Administer the defensive driving program, track certificates in Workday, and follow up as needed.
• Deliver Defensive Driving training to Conservancy employees; obtain instructor certification if needed.
• Assist with other responsibilities as assigned.
