Georgia-Pacific's Mt Wolf, PA facility is seeking a Learning and Development Platform Leader to oversee cohesive operating learning and development systems across the Corrugated business. You will lead the implementation, distribution, and ongoing optimization of L&D workflows that drive retention, growth, and performance.

The role focuses on aligning content with Principles-Based Management and partnering with plant leadership to prioritize high-value training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in a corrugated manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record developing and executing strategy at a mill level.
• Experience as an operational business partner or support role.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement aligned with Principles-Based Management.
• Ensure training content and curriculum align with company standards.
• Leverage established training processes to accelerate L&D programs.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify gaps and opportunities for training and development.
• Create learning materials using Microsoft Office and implement within a learning system.
