Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s Mt Wolf, PA Corrugated team is seeking a Learning and Development Platform Leader to support the corrugated business. This role oversees implementation and distribution of cohesive operating learning and development systems across the facility.

As part of our L&D team, you will design and execute development workflows that enhance workforce skills and performance, enabling improved retention and growth across multiple sites within the manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Experience in corrugated manufacturing operations.
• Track record developing and executing mill-level strategies.
• Experience as an operational business partner or support role.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement aligned with Principles-Based Management across facilities.
• Oversee development and deployment of training curricula and learning content.
• Leverage Office tools to produce learning materials within the system.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify gaps and opportunities for training and impact.
• Coordinate cross-site L&D programs to improve retention and development of key roles.
