Job summary

Georgia-Pacific’s Learning and Development team in Mt Wolf, PA Corrugated is hiring a Learning and Development Platform Leader to support our Corrugated business. The L&D Platform Leader will oversee the implementation and distribution of cohesive operating learning and development systems throughout our facility.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a corrugated manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record developing and executing strategy at a mill level.
• Experience as an operational business partner or support role.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement guided by Principles-Based Management.
• Ensure training content and curriculum align with Principles-Based Management.
• Leverage established training processes within Building Products to accelerate L&D programs.
• Partner with plant leadership and regional teams to identify gaps and opportunities for training.
• Produce and implement learning materials using Microsoft Office in a learning system.
