Job summary

BankWest in Pierre, SD is seeking a Learning & Development Facilitator to design and deliver training solutions that improve workforce capability.

You will act as a Performance Consultant, partnering across the organization to identify needs, develop engaging training, and assess learning outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years’ related experience, mentoring ability and strong writing skills, with knowledge of banking terminology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2 years' experience in related field.
• Experience in training and education.
• Ability to mentor and coach.
• Exceptional writing, grammar and usage skills.
• Knowledge of banking terminology and BankWest products/services.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a Performance Consultant to identify training needs and develop training to foster client independence and career development.
• Deliver engaging training, maintain energy and professionalism during classes.
• Develop and evaluate assessments to ensure consistency of training across the organization.
• Provide training resources and support for team members to raise knowledge levels.
• Support user training on technology systems and assist with new tech implementations.
• Assist in developing SOPs for core banking systems and stay current on adult learning trends.
• Collaborate with departmental teams on projects and participate in committees.
