The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services environment. Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, facilitating training sessions, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in training, learning & development or organizational development.
• Experience in a bank or financial services environment preferred.
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs (classroom, virtual, e-learning).
• Experience in conducting needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular check-ins with supervisors to assess employee skill gaps.
• Facilitate sessions and ensure learning objectives are communicated.
• Partner with HR to design structured onboarding experiences.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning through communication and recognition.
