You will curate AI resources, partner with Learning & Leadership Development, and ensure governance and compliance across the tool landscape.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, change management, and hands-on leadership in AI-powered learning content and workshops.

Qualifications

• Advanced AI tool knowledge and deep operational experience within the Google AI ecosystem (Gemini, Workspace Studio).
• Developer-level familiarity with agentic frameworks and LLM capabilities.
• Proven track record in L&D program management or org-wide change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement initiatives across the enterprise.
• Scale AI Hub, AI Spotlights, and AI Tool Workshops into a program engine.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and IT on governance and rollout.
