FreshDirect is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead talent development across the organization, partnering with leaders to close capability gaps and drive continuous improvement. You will manage the Training Coordinator and oversee training programs, materials, and professional development initiatives.

You will design scalable leadership development, modernize learning approaches with blended and AI-powered solutions, and measure impact through analytics and dashboards to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development with leadership experience.
• Strong instructional design and digital learning content creation.
• Experience with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to improve learning operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise L&D strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
• Design scalable leadership and manager development programs.
• Lead modernization of learning via blended, CBTs, microlearning, and AI-enabled tools.
• Oversee LMS administration, reporting analytics, and learning dashboards.
• Collaborate with leaders to assess needs and implement targeted learning solutions.
