Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources/Learning and Development; Financial Services industry preferred.
• Experience in curriculum/instructional design, project management, and managing functional/business unit curriculum.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset; proven technical writing and public speaking.
• Ability to facilitate training in-person and virtual environments using various methods.
• Proficient use of Articulate 360 course authoring tools.
• Knowledge/experience in implementation and operation of a Learning Management System.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and adapt to changing needs under tight deadlines.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work.
• MS Office proficiency; HRIS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise learning programs with a focus on AI enablement.
• Partner with leaders, HR, Technology, and SMEs to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions.
• Design and deliver AI-related programs, resources, and performance tools for responsible AI adoption.
• Provide curriculum development, instructional design, facilitation, and project management for multiple trainings.
• Monitor AI technologies and learning trends; implement solutions aligned with goals.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain control variables to ensure scalable, cost-efficient programs.
• Establish metrics and reporting to evaluate training effectiveness, engagement, and impact.
• Support annual compliance training and other focused initiatives.
• Participate in or lead additional projects as requested.
