Dashiell, an operating unit of Quanta Services, seeks a Manager of Learning & Development to build and lead the enterprise learning ecosystem from the Houston office. You will partner with HR and business leaders to assess training needs and translate them into effective programs for employees, managers, and leaders.

You will own the LMS, expand the enterprise training strategy, design engaging programs across modalities, and manage leadership development and onboarding.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, or a related field required; equivalent work experience (4 years) will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related HR function.
• Demonstrated experience administering a learning management system; Cornerstone OnDemand experience strongly preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs and management training curricula.
• CPTD, SHRM-CP/SCP, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong instructional design skills with multiple modalities (ILT, virtual, e-learning, microlearning).
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; able to engage audiences from frontline employees to senior executives.
• Strong project management skills with multiple programs and priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office; e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate) preferred.
• Ability to analyze learning data and translate outcomes into insights for leadership.
• Occasional travel to office locations and project sites.

Mansioni

• Own and optimize the learning management system, content organization, user management, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Partner with HR and leaders to assess training needs and develop a comprehensive learning strategy.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs across modalities (ILT, virtual, e-learning).
• Build and manage leadership development programming for managers and emerging leaders.
• Manage the compliance training calendar and ensure timely completion across the organization.
• Curate relationships with external training vendors and evaluat resources.
• Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure impact and report results to HR leadership.
• Support onboarding program development with People Operations.
• Develop and manage the L&D function budget for cost-effective delivery.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
