Job summary

Hammer Residences, Inc. is seeking a Training and Education Lead to manage the LMS 365 system, develop curriculum for eLearning and in-person courses, and support orientation for new hires.

You will collaborate with the Training and Education Manager and nursing teams to align training with organizational goals. The role requires leadership in adult learning, experience with training delivery, and the ability to work across departments to enhance workforce development in a dynamic nonprofit

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS) similar to LMS365.
• Ability to develop and align curriculum with adult learning needs.
• Strong project management across multiple initiatives.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 reporting features.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration: Serve as Administrative Lead for LMS 365 and support staff in the Training Portal.
• Training Development: Develops curriculum for eLearning and in-person courses, collaborating with teams to set goals.
• Training Instruction: Instructs new hire orientation, CPR classes, and eLearning sessions using diverse teaching methods.
• Project Work: Update orientation checklists and coordinate mentor/participant programs with HR/training teams.
