Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in training, education, or related field.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire orientation logistics and materials.
• Support delivery of leadership, compliance, and technical trainings (in-person, virtual, on-demand).
• Facilitate and manage virtual classrooms (Zoom).
• Maintain training documents, guides, and job aids under senior staff direction.
• Assist LMS administration (enrollment, tracking) and data collection for reporting.
