• Lead Training function and oversee Training Specialists and department operations.
• Assess organizational learning needs; design, implement, facilitate, and evaluate training programs.
• Ensure employees receive consistent, practical, and role-relevant learning support.
• Direct onboarding and ongoing development; evaluate new hires for knowledge, skill, and job preparedness before training completion.
• Training procedures and programs support in-person, remote, and hybrid delivery.
