Job summary

UCFS Healthcare in Norwich, CT is seeking a Manager of Learning and Development to design, implement, and oversee all employee training programs. You will partner with senior leaders to assess needs, develop learning strategies, and measure outcomes to drive workforce performance and career growth.

The role requires leading both clinical and non-clinical training, building SMEs, and piloting microlearning experiences while guiding a broad learning agenda across the agency in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Public Health, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences across multiple specialties and departments.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing direct reports and driving performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee all employee training programs across the agency.
• Partner with leadership and external partners to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Lead the overhaul of the Performance Evaluation and Goal Form, and related development programs.
• Build SME networks and coordinate training placements across the organization.
• Develop microlearning experiences and ensure alignment with UCFS Healthcare standards.
