Job summary

Mental Health Cooperative is seeking a Learning & Development Lead for Enrollment & Therapy to design and evaluate training that grows staff competencies across enrollment and therapy services. You will collaborate with leadership to identify needs and ensure programs meet quality and regulatory standards.

You will oversee training operations, onboarding, continuing education, and competency assessments while driving innovation in learning through digital platforms and simulations.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in social work or counseling.
• Strong knowledge of enrollment operations, therapy services, and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing training programs in behavioral health or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for enrollment and therapy staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess learning needs and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Oversee onboarding, continuing education, and competency evaluations.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and stakeholders across departments.
