Job summary

Mental Health Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Lead, Enrollment & Therapy to design, implement, and evaluate training programs that enhance staff competencies.

This role partners with leadership to align educational initiatives with regulatory requirements and the organization’s mission. Responsibilities include overseeing training operations, driving continuous learning, and applying innovative methods such as digital platforms and simulations to support professional growth

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling required.
• Active Tennessee licensure preferred (LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in training, education, enrollment, therapy services, or related healthcare roles.
• Strong knowledge of enrollment operations, therapy services, and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs in a behavioral health environment; healthcare experience also preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Train staff by developing and implementing enrollment and therapy training programs.
• Assess learning needs with leadership and develop targeted learning strategies.
• Oversee training operations including orientation and continuing education; ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and competency evaluations.
• Incorporate digital platforms and simulation-based training for ongoing development.
• Ensure adherence to safety, privacy, and accreditation requirements.
