Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field is required.
• 5–8+ years in training/learning & development with 3+ years in leadership.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred; driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of training programs across Covenant Health.
• Ensure content supports organizational competencies and business needs.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methods.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with goals.
• Design orientation, leadership and compliance training programs.
• Manage resources and budgets efficiently.
• Ensure scalable and consistent training delivery.
• Meet healthcare regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS).
• Maintain training records and audit readiness.
• Manage LMS and digital training tools.
• Track training metrics and report ROI.

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Human Resources, Education, Business, Nursing, or related field
