Job summary

THE·TEAM in Massachusetts is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership development programs to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience across planning, participant communications, events, creative materials, and onsite experiences.

No two weeks will be the same; you’ll support program logistics, facilitators, and participants while learning how great learning experiences are built from the inside out. The Spring 2027 internship runs Jan 26, 2027 to Apr 30, 2027.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in learning and development, events, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Help bring L&D programs to life from planning to live execution.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Create participant materials and assist with onsite experiences.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, and logistics for events.
