Job summary

THE·TEAM in the United States is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership and development programs to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience across program planning, participant communications, events, and onsite experiences.

Open to undergraduate and graduate students, the Spring 2027 internship runs January 26, 2027 to April 30, 2027. You’ll collaborate with facilitators, vendors and participants to create engaging learning moments and polished materials.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and moving pieces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other productivity tools.
• An interest in learning and development, leadership development, employee experience, events, or program management.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana is helpful, but not required.
• The Spring 2027 internship begins January 26, 2027 and ends April 30, 2027.
• Students must be able to receive academic credit from their U.S.-based college or university.

Responsibilities

• Help bring Learning & Development programs to life, from early planning through live execution.
• Keep projects moving by helping manage timelines, key dates, facilitator needs, and project plans using tools like Asana.
• Support participant communications, assessments, and surveys.
• Help create and prepare materials participants will use throughout their programs.
• Get involved in the details that make in-person experiences run smoothly, including venues, hotels, food and beverage, AV, swag, dinners, supplies, and participant activities.
• Work alongside team members, facilitators, and external partners on a mix of short and long-term projects.
