THE·TEAM is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help bring leadership programs to life. You'll gain hands-on experience in program planning, participant communications, and events, while collaborating with team members, facilitators, vendors, and participants.

The internship runs Spring 2027 (Jan 26–Apr 30, 2027) and requires students to receive academic credit from a U.S.-based college or university; open to undergrad and grad students.

• Assist in planning and executing Learning & Development programs.
