Job summary

GBH is seeking a Learning & Workforce Development Intern to join the Human Resources team in Boston. You will help create engaging training materials, support virtual and in-person workshops, and assist with LMS administration while developing skills in instructional design, data analysis, and employee engagement.

This part-time fall internship offers mentorship from HR professionals, exposure to talent development, and collaboration across a large nonprofit media organization in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and able to work part-time during fall 2026.
• Interest in learning and development, training, or human resources.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Design communications and promotional materials for learning programs.
• Support planning and delivery of virtual and in-person learning events and workshops.
• Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including course administration and reporting.
• Track participation and learning metrics to measure program effectiveness.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders on special projects.
