GBH is seeking an enthusiastic and curious Learning & Workforce Development Intern to join our Human Resource team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in employee learning, training design, communications, and workforce development within one of the nation's leading public media organizations.
As an Intern, you'll help create engaging learning experiences that support employee growth and career development across GBH. You'll work alongside HR professionals, business leaders, and subject matter experts while developing valuable skills in instructional design, project coordination, communications, data analysis, and employee engagement.
This role is ideal for students interested in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Education, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
GBH internships provide students with valuable work experience and real-world knowledge across many different fields of study, from TV and radio production to web design, accounting, law, and other administrative areas.
