You will tailor delivery to learner needs, assist with needs analysis and solution design, and support evaluation and continuous improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Four or more years of learning & development, HR, or business experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of adult learning and instructional design principles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning experiences for assigned business lines in classroom and virtual formats.
• Assist with needs analysis, design, and development of learning solutions; support method recommendations.
• Coordinate session logistics including rosters, room setup, and technology; collect and analyze learner feedback.
• Evaluate programs and implement improvements based on data and insights.
