Banking customer is seeking an experienced Facilitator to support enterprise-wide learning initiatives across the Finance, Strategy, and Digital Marketing teams. This role is responsible for designing and developing engaging, innovative, and effective learning solutions aligned with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and the knowledge requirements of financial services, strategic planning, and digital marketing domains.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field; OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required.
• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training development.
• Proven experience designing learning solutions for finance, marketing, or corporate strategy functions.
• Understanding of adult learning theory, ADDIE/SAM models, and performance-based learning strategies.
• Experience working in financial services, banking, or insurance industry.
