Job summary

Busey Bank in United States seeks a Learning Partner to drive onboarding, coordinate monthly trainings, and manage the Busey University training calendar, partnering with HR, Wellness and business lines. The role serves as Brand and Communications ambassador, develops training programs using adult learning principles, and supports evaluation and continuous improvement of learning initiatives.

Working knowledge of talent development practices and adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate standing monthly training sessions and ongoing training series.
Facilitate associate onboarding programs for new hires.
Design, develop, and facilitate training programs using adult learning principles.
Manage the Busey University training calendar and coordinate with stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person training events and logistics.
Serve as Brand and Communications ambassador for the team and maintain training materials.
