Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to help launch training and sales performance initiatives. This entry-level role supports new hire training, onboarding, LMS administration, and reporting.

You will partner with HR and sales leadership to implement development plans, coaching, and learning programs across the company, with opportunities to grow into more senior roles.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in administration, education, HR, training, project coordination, or related area.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets, reports, and learning new systems.
• Ability to manage several projects and recurring deadlines at once.
• Proactive approach and willingness to own details.
• Ability to work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Litmos LMS: assign training, track progress, maintain records.
• Support instructional design and content testing for courses.
• Shape employee learning through onboarding and leadership development.
• Promote use of Predictive Index; maintain profiles and share insights.
• Collaborate with HR to implement performance development plans.
• Turn sales data into coaching insights and progress reports.
• Coordinate Sales Kickoff and training workshops.
• Manage sales tools and materials, inventory, and distribution.
• Organize welcoming new hire training experiences and travel logistics.
• Identify opportunities to improve training delivery with HR.
