Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Education, Organizational Design, Administration, Social Services, or related field.
• One year of experience in training coordination, technical writing, or documentation.
• Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the Training and Staff Wellness Manager in implementing learning programs aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate logistics for internal staff training and external partner events, including scheduling and materials.
• Assist in onboarding and ongoing training using diverse methods and LMS tools.
• Develop clear, user-friendly training materials and SOPs with visuals.
