Job summary

MWVCAA seeks an Early Learning Workforce Lead in Oregon. The role focuses on project coordination, implementation support, and session facilitation across early learning workforce initiatives.

You will coordinate scheduling, documentation, communication, and data tracking, while observing trainings and coaching sessions for fidelity. You will support operation of core workforce systems, work with educators and partners, and provide advanced coaching and TA aligned to CCR&R models.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Social Services, or related field; OR Step 10 on Oregon Registry Online; OR ability to achieve within 1 year.
  • Three years of experience in early learning programs.
  • Two years of coaching/support to adults in early learning programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project coordination and implementation support.
  • Support workforce systems design and QIS workflows.
  • Provide feedback on tools, templates, workflows, and materials.
  • Schedule, document, and maintain coaching cycles and follow-up support.
  • Coordinate coaching and professional learning across CCR&R workforce.
