Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Two years of branch sales and operations experience required.
• Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
• Proficient in-person facilitation skills; professional certification in facilitation or Learning and Development preferred.
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, Webex or equivalent platform, classroom multimedia equipment, and LMS tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person classes for new and existing employees with effective delivery and practice.
• Deliver virtual classroom curricula as needed.
• Provide input to improve curricula and contribute to project work on learning solutions.
• Track learner progress and follow up to ensure learning transfer.
• Collaborate with peers and subject matter experts to keep material up to date.
• Coach and develop learners, including on-the-job support.
