Job summary

Progressive Insurance is seeking a senior learning and development consultant to design and deliver learning and career development solutions across the organization. You will facilitate sessions in person, virtually, and in hybrid environments, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business priorities into practical programs.

This remote role includes occasional travel to Corporate Headquarters in Mayfield Village, Ohio, and supports Career Central initiatives and Workday Career

Qualifications

• DDI-certified facilitator credentials; direct leadership development delivery is preferred.
• Experience with Workday Career Hub, Talent Marketplace, Learning, Talent Management or related career development functionality.
• Learning facilitation as a primary job responsibility in virtual and in-person environments.
• Experience with career development or internal mobility as a defined responsibility in prior roles.
• Experience implementing or driving adoption of an enterprise learning or talent platform with needs analysis and solution recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning and development solutions across the organization.
• Facilitate learning experiences in person, virtual, and hybrid environments.
• Support Career Central and Workday Career Development Hub initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into practical development solutions and manage multiple priorities independently.
