Job summary

PNC is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Specialist Senior - Instructional Design to join the Human Resources team. This role supports a broad range of learning initiatives across enterprise teams and may require in-person and virtual delivery from multiple locations including Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Miamisburg, Birmingham, Dallas, Houston, or Denver.

You will consult with stakeholders, design and develop learning solutions, monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and certifications may be considered.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Consult, recommend, design and/or develop learning solutions that fulfill business objectives.
• Curate and/or develop learning solutions for learners across projects.
• Collaborate with peers, subject matter experts, and vendors to drive projects end-to-end.
• Lead multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Design, develop and deliver learning programs in-person and virtually.
• Monitor progress and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
