Job summary

F&M Bank - Archbold, OH seeks an Learning & Development professional to design and maintain employee training aligned with strategic goals. The role focuses on converting training to digital on-demand formats and leveraging new learning technologies for asynchronous delivery.

You will collaborate with HR and business lines to close competency gaps, lead onboarding sessions, and manage LMS offerings while tracking progress and impact.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR or business-related program or at least 3 years of equivalent experience in training preferred.
• Learning & curriculum design experience – asynchronous (on demand) and classroom preferred.
• Proficiency in design software- Articulate Storyline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of learning roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Convert offerings to digital on demand learning and maintain LMS content.
• Collaborate with business lines and HR to close competency gaps.
• Onboard new employees with appropriate training and onboarding programs.
• Provide timely reporting for assignment tracking and budget reporting.
