Job summary

You will collaborate with directors and managers, lead a team of specialists, and serve as a consultant and master presenter to energize staff development across the USC community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in developing and conducting training classes.
• Development of instructional materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule mandatory training and track certifications.
• Administer the department's customer feedback program and identify trends.
• Manage content and scheduling for department mobile app push notifications.
• Lead and facilitate new hire orientation and maintain content.
• Develop position-specific training programs to enable career progression.
