Job summary

The University of Southern California is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead strategic learning and organizational development for Auxiliary Services. You will collaborate with Directors and managers to design, develop, and implement training solutions across units, and you will guide a team of specialists as a trusted consultant and facilitator.

Your ability to connect with employees at all levels will drive certifications, onboarding, and continuous development

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Partners with leadership to coordinate, schedule, and track mandatory training including food safety and workplace safety.
• Manages feedback program, identifies trends, and recommends training-based solutions.
• Oversees content for departmental app push notifications and digital monitors.
• Leads new hire orientation and maintains orientation content for regulatory compliance.
• Creates position-specific training and development programs to support career progression.
