Job summary

Charter Schools USA (CSUSA) is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Development to lead the end-to-end learning lifecycle for staff across our schools and corporate teams. You will design blended programs, facilitate sessions, and partner with Finance, IT, HR, and schools to drive talent outcomes.

You will apply ADDIE, leverage Articulate 360 and Canva, and use analytics to show learning impact. This is a mission-driven role in a growth-focused EPMO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent development, learning and development, or organizational development.
• Experience designing blended learning and facilitating adult learning in person and virtually.
• Experience with LMS administration, course authoring tools, and learning analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and measure learning impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a learning consultant to cross-functional partners across the organization.
• Design blended learning experiences and development programs using ADDIE and modern practices.
• Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, leadership programs and cohorts across school and corporate teams.
• Lead cohorts, build internal facilitation capacity, and improve content libraries and calendars.
• Support key talent processes including onboarding, talent reviews, and performance management cycles.
