Job summary

Vitu is seeking an Instructional Designer to create innovative training solutions focused on business development, product knowledge, and process usage. You will analyze learning needs, design in-class and virtual materials, and collaborate with SMEs and leaders to shape effective instructional content.

The role emphasizes high-quality eLearning development, graphic design, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced V2Gov environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience designing and developing instructor-led and eLearning materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leaders, Training Team, and SMEs to assess, design, and develop training or instructional materials.
• Validate design scope and requirements for new projects.
• Prepare clear learning objectives reflecting required performance and business objectives.
• Follow ADDIE or SAM instructional design practices in creating content and materials.
• Produce innovative training solutions with a view toward continuous improvement.
• Own design and production of all training and eLearning content, including graphics and navigation.
