Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate training across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. You will develop material tailored to diverse learners and keep programs current with industry trends.

You will identify learning needs, manage the LMS, coordinate sessions, and support interns and apprentices. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for success on site in Omaha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or similar field is required.
• 2–4 years' experience in instructional design and instructional technology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and public speaking ability.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Curriculum planning and lesson design experience.
• Strong classroom management for in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging learning experiences in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings.
• Develop training materials: presentations, handouts, facilitator guides, digital modules, and job aids.
• Maintain and update Signature's learning programs to reflect industry trends.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to support knowledge sharing.
• Identify performance gaps and learning needs through consultation and data analysis.
• Manage LMS and serve as the go-to LMS resource.
• Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, and communications for sessions.
• Support interns and apprentices with guidance and resources.
• Use data dashboards to monitor progress and measure impact.
