Clearbrook is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to drive enterprise-wide L&D programs in a high-performance, inclusive culture. The role collaborates with HR and business leaders to identify needs, design and deliver cohesive learning solutions, and manage large-scale projects across virtual, in-person, and blended formats.

The position is 100% on-site at a company office, requiring standard business hours on-site presence and occasional travel.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of learning needs analysis and instructional design/evaluation.
• Experience managing multiple HR projects including leadership and talent development initiatives.
• Experience with competency frameworks, performance management, change management and succession processes.
• Ability to execute high-impact learning strategies that improve performance.
• Collaborate with all levels across the organization and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with e-learning systems and vendor management.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish strategic roadmap for L&D programs including leadership development and compliance training.
• Lead design, development, implementation, and sustainability of centralized learning programs.
• Develop change management strategies and apply new skills/behaviors.
• Identify training content to meet compliance needs and align with policies.
• Assess organizational needs and co-create solutions.
• Create course catalogs, manuals, visuals, and training materials.
• Manage succession planning framework and regular reviews with leadership.
• Develop metrics to evaluate program performance and learner outcomes.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and apply insights to improve experiences and business value.
• Oversee end-to-end program delivery including vendor management and budget oversight.
• Support strategic and special projects including performance and talent management.
