Job summary

Ford is seeking an Senior Specialist, Learning and Development to design and evaluate learning solutions that boost employee and business performance. You will work with stakeholders to identify needs, develop engaging experiences, coordinate delivery, and assess outcomes.

You will also support the LMS and maintain training records. The ideal candidate has 5+ years with a Master’s or 8+ years with a Bachelor’s, plus proficiency with Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, and Camtasia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technology, L&D, organizational development, or related field.
• 5+ years with Master’s degree or 8+ years with Bachelor’s in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, or Camtasia.
• Instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Experience using a learning management system (LMS).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate expertise in L&D topics including needs analysis, curriculum development, and training delivery.
• Provide advisory services on end-to-end employee training needs and identify performance gaps.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to craft engaging learning experiences.
• Create and maintain learning materials like guides, infographics, and videos.
• Use tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, and Camtasia to develop content.
• Build project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for learning projects.
• Design program evaluations to measure engagement and knowledge gains.
• Communicate with stakeholders and SMEs to align requirements and manage risks.
• Support LMS improvements including learning pathways, course access, and reporting.
