Job summary

Children's Advocate LLC is seeking a Training Coordinator to design and manage training programs, both in-house and outsourced, mapped to each team’s needs. You will select methods, then plan schedules and create or update programs across departments.

The ideal candidate has HR or training-program experience, strong communication and listening skills, and a creative problem-solving approach to achieve results. Experience with onboarding and compliance training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or developing training programs.
• Understanding of the training cycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Experience with both in-person training and e-learning programs.
• Coordinate onboarding.
• Train behavioral health aides, therapists, and interns.
• Track compliance training.
• Conduct CPR, CPI, HIPAA, and mandated reporter training.
• Develop training materials.
• Support quality assurance and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Research and choose new training programs based on team need.
• Design and develop new training programs that will benefit the company as a whole.
• Map out training road maps for a variety of departments.
• Make new and interesting training programs known to the company, providing necessary information.
• Work closely with department leads to tailor training programs to their specific requirements.
