Job summary

Public Partnerships LLC is seeking a Learning Specialist to deliver engaging, learner-centered training for both in-person and virtual sessions. You will partner with instructional designers, SMEs and operations leaders to ensure objectives are met, update content, and support learners during and after training.

This role requires a BA/BS, 3+ years of training experience, proficiency with Articulate, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience facilitating training events in-person and virtually; at least 2 years in training call center roles.
• 2+ years’ experience creating training materials and aids; Articulate experience preferred.
• 1+ year experience partnering with SMEs on learning related projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, learner-centered training sessions (in-person and virtual).
• Support learner success and performance; monitor engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and operations leaders to improve content.
• Assist with LMS needs, SOPs, and materials development.
