Job summary

Clune Construction Company is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to lead the design and delivery of training programs across the organization. You will work closely with Human Resources to implement development initiatives and ensure compliance with training requirements.

Ideal candidates will manage the LMS, collaborate with external training providers, and develop internship opportunities to attract and grow talent within our employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Industry certifications such as DiSC, CPTD, SHRM-CP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create training schedules for all employees, track and report outcomes of training, and maintain training records.
• Train new hires on company policies and procedures and use effective training methods for different audiences.
• Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify gaps and needed improvements.
• Prepare and present educational materials such as guides, videos, presentations, etc.
• Market company training opportunities to employees and provide information on benefits to encourage participation.
• Provide scheduled updates on employees’ progress toward the annual training requirement.
• Collaborate with outside consultants and training providers to deliver training.
• Manage the LMS to administer, document, track, and report educational courses, certifications, and other opportunities.
• Develop and implement the Internship Program, including advertising opportunities and hiring interns.
