Job summary

Rise Association Management Group in Houston, TX is seeking a dynamic Talent and Development Coordinator to support Community Association Managers and staff by designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs that drive client success. You will develop training materials and, with the Marketing Manager, produce training videos to enhance learning experiences.

In this role you will manage the LMS, track progress and generate reports while coordinating with leaders to identify needs

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
• Minimum two years of experience in Training and Development or HOA-related fields.
• Proficient in translating complex regulations (e.g., Texas Property Code) into clear content.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or training is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for staff, including onboarding and ongoing development.
• Create training materials and, with Marketing, produce training videos.
• Manage the learning management system (LMS), enrollments, progress, and reporting.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs aligned to goals.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
