Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Learning & Development Administrative Assistant to support planning, coordination, and delivery of training across the bank. You will be the subject matter expert for LMS platforms (BAI, JHA University, Red Channel), help maintain annual compliance training, onboarding, and data reporting, and partner with HR to drive employee development.

This on-site role requires at least 2 years in training or HR, strong organization, and the ability to audit and compile

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in employee training or HR roles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Ability to audit training and compile reports for auditors.
• Excellent communication and onboarding support.

Responsibilities

• Learn and be SME for LMS platforms (BAI, JHA University, Red Channel) and manage training assignments.
• Create and execute yearly compliance training plan and audit training for gaps.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and new hire follow-ups at 30 days.
• Coordinate training reminders, webinars, and external training opportunities; collect data for audits.
• Support HR partners with assessments and education assistance program tracking.
