Job summary

The Bank of Missouri is seeking a Learning & Development Administrative Assistant to support planning, coordination and delivery of employee training across the bank. Under the L&D Supervisor, you will help align training with organizational goals and work with teams industry-wide.

Responsibilities include mastering our LMS platforms, auditing training data, coordinating onboarding sessions, and tracking compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in employee training and/or HR roles.
• Experience with learning management systems and compliance training.
• Ability to audit training data and support onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and delivery of organizational training.
• Maintain LMS data, assign courses, and track compliance.
• Assist with onboarding of new hires and orientation sessions.
• Prepare training plan reports and audit data for auditors.
• Coordinate webinars and external training opportunities.
• Support education assistance programs and related reimbursements.
