HGA is seeking a Learning Specialist in Minneapolis to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that grow employee capabilities and leadership potential. You’ll work with the HR team and Director of Learning & Development to implement programs across onboarding, professional development, and leadership growth.

The role emphasizes instructional design, program execution, and learning operations, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the Minneapolis office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in instructional design, learning and development, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
• Proficiency with content development tools.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led, job aids, multimedia).
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to translate needs into learning experiences.
• Apply instructional design principles to create effective content and experiences.
• Ensure learning aligns with quality standards and firm priorities.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to support learning initiatives.
• Manage LMS administration, content, reporting, and learner support.
