Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development or a related field.
• Minimum three years of training delivery experience.
• Minimum three years of developing instructor-led, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.
• Hybrid work model in Tri-State Area; in-office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Perform job and task analysis and identify learning needs.
• Design and develop classroom, eLearning, and blended learning solutions.
• Create assessments and evaluations (Levels 1–3).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and manage review/approval processes.
• Schedule, deliver, and support learning sessions.
