Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, develop, and implement scalable learning solutions that translate strategy into engaging learner experiences.

The role focuses on instructional design, visual storytelling, and technical development using Articulate and Vyond, with input from SMEs and stakeholders to meet quality standards in a hybrid work setup (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development OR 6 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and emerging instructional design trends.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructor-led and eLearning design.
