Job summary

HCSC is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning solutions using Articulate suite and Vyond. This hybrid, full-time role requires collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders across multiple locations including Richardson, Albuquerque, Chicago, Helena and Tulsa.

The position emphasizes visual storytelling, instructional design best practices, and alignment to enterprise standards to create engaging, real-world applicable learner experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.
• OR 6 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and emerging instructional design trends.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructor-led and eLearning design.
• Effective communication in visual, verbal, and written form
• Technical aptitude and analytical skill set.
• Sound inductive and deductive reasoning.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions.
• Overcome obstacles by developing solutions to meet individual and departmental goals.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts.
